I have my own ADU builder, do I have to use your in-house construction team?
While we now offer full in-house ADU construction, you are not required to build with our team. Some clients choose to work with their own builder, and we’re happy to coordinate as needed to ensure a smooth transition from plans and permits into construction. That said, many clients prefer our in-house team for the added quality control, tighter coordination, and streamlined communication from start to finish.

Building your own ADU is a great way to save on project expenses. Our team will design the necessary plans, help you obtain the required building permits, and walk you through the county and city requirements of being an “owner builder” project, like insurance and workers’ compensation.
